A roundabout will be constructed at the intersection of Crosstown Boulevard and Bluebird Street in the summer of 2026. This project is being jointly funded by the City of Andover and the developer for the commercial property in the southwest corner of the intersection.
Construction will be completed under traffic, though partial closures and detour routes during construction will be necessary. An open house for the project is planned for January 28., 2026 from 5 pm - 7 pm at the Andover City Hall.
